How to Delete Your OnTrack Account

We provide a simple way to permanently remove your account and all associated data in compliance with Google Play’s data safety standards.

Account Deletion Steps

To delete all your health data and your account entirely, follow these steps within the mobile app:

  1. Open the OnTrack app on your mobile device.
  2. Go to the Settings menu.
  3. Tap the "Delete My Account" button.
  4. Confirm the deletion request in the final pop-up window.

What Data is Removed?

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and immediately removed from our production servers:

  • Profile information (name, email)
  • Blood sugar readings
  • Meal logs and meal plans
  • Exercise, sleep, and stress logs
  • Medication records and dose logs
  • AI chat history
  • All preferences and settings

Important Notice

Permanent Removal

No data is retained after deletion. This action is final and cannot be undone. Once processed, your history and health insights will be unrecoverable.
